Before sending your repair, please have a look at DISTRIBUTORS. There you will find the contact who is responsible for repairs in your home country. In case that there is no distributor listed for your country, please send the repair directly to our postal address.

Please include a short description of the defect or your order as well as your complete address and phone number.

Important advise for all customers from countries out of European Union (EU):

Please contact us before sending your repair shipment. Then we will inform you of the necessary documentation and details (for costums etc.) to enable a quick and unproblematic shipping of your repair.

Please understand that all parcels from third countries which do not contain the necessary documents, which are declared incomplete or where wrong values of goods are stated, will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the shipper by the German customs immediately.

In particular, it is a big problem with customs if repair shipments are declared with the value of a new device.
